The 1,000 square foot business center is available for use by all industries for short-term rental. It offers all of the amenities required for meetings, depositions, arbitrations, confidential hearings, workshops, receptions, and any other forum that requires a well-equipped private space.

If you are conducting a meeting or event, our flexible room layouts and audio-visual setups can be molded to suit your needs. Breakout rooms are right off the main space and are convenient for private meetings.

The Sue Gilles Business Center can be rented by the half-day to full-day or just the evening. Consecutive rental days are also available. The all-inclusive facility is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to rental date for full refund. Failure to cancel will hold customer liable for rental fee.
